Well made with slight variance
Beautifully made journal, leather color is an exact replica and feels to be of good quality. Mine had brown thread rather than white but ultimately did not make a significant difference. Appears much thicker in person, while I haven't counted the pages it looks well over 100 but this could be due to page thickness and the folded signatures, again no complaints there. Holds up well very well to fine nib Esterbrook inked with Diamine Oxblood, absolutely no bleedthrough or shadows. Leather cracked slightly on stressed areas I've decided to condition the leather but this may cause future cracking for those who do not. Overall, a very high value journal.
