Almost excellent
A very well made and attractive standmount speaker with generous cabinet proportions but has a slightly recessed midrange, which spoils an underrated quality product. Unless you have SACD, the high definition tweeter isn't of great benefit. Good bass depth for its size. The build quality would be difficult to better at its price point.

Another underrated speaker from Sony
An excellent and overlooked bookshelf/standmount speaker by Sony, Features a non-bass reflex design so has a sealed cabinet, which produces good bass for its size. Overall a well-made product with quality binding posts and substantial grills. Highly recommended.
