Poor packaging
0 of 1 found this helpful It came in a shiping bag, not a box, all crushed into tiny crumbs. My daughter opened hers & ice cream dust went everywhere! I contacted the company to resolve the issue & they responded immediately asking for the packing info on the label & assured me that once they received that info they would take care of the problem. I replied immediately with the info requested & never got a response from them. They said they'd take care of the issue & they didn't. Very dissatisfied with my purchase especially since I was hoping to buy many more from them
