  Seller would not honor my offer price that they accepted. They waited until after I paid to inform me that they needed additional money to help cover shipping when their listing specifically mentioned Free Shipping. Bad business practices. Seller shouldn’t accept offers they have no intention of fulfilling!

  I apologize for any misunderstanding. I couldn’t have accepted the offer. There was evidently a mistake or glitch. The money was promptly refunded with an explanation of why. And the misunderstanding evidently happened during the explanation of why. If a person doesn’t sell with a platform like eBay, they probably don’t realize the charges incurred. It would be a bad business practice if I didn’t make enough to actually stay in business or break even. Ty & I’m sorry again. ��
