    We are happy with the sofa overall. The seller was responsive & helpful when arranging courier collection. Unfortunately when the sofa arrived, we saw a number of small but noticeable marks on it. This was disappointing as the original listing said that there were no marks. When I raised this issue we were offered a complete refund for return - but no partial refund or goodwill gesture of a small amount refunded. I feel let down by this policy and would want others to know this when buying.
