They sent me a photo of parcel before it was sent and told me that on their return they would chase this up with royal mail. Luckily it arrived 3 days later so I let the seller know. Great communication and just down to the slow post at the moment, not the sellers fault. Quick and helpful responses.

Description in ad was limited so it was not clear the wire in one of the arms was broken but then I should know by now with Major Matt Mason figures to ask the question before buying.

A+++ Fit for purpose, great honey extractor
