The only thing is it's not wireless otherwise it's great working well.

Sunbeam neck heating pad
1 of 1 found this helpful It needs weight on it to fully feel the heat from it. If you don't have weight then you can't feel the heat that well even on high temp. It does work well would be best with weight. I would buy another one when this one goes out.
