It's the real deal adrenosterone, removing muscle wasting Cortisol and since it does that, it's add more of an active workout/training. If your losing weight such as cutting down its recommended to take the required dosage, and for bulking up the dosage should be double. Check it out for yourself and inform you PMD if needed.
