1 CHIP SNES impressions
3 of 4 found this helpful So I bought my first SNES and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. The listing I bought turned out to be a 1 CHIP SNES that came with Super Mario World and FZero and I have been pleasantly surprised. I am more of a Sega guy but here are the things that I love about the SNES so far. In short, the expanded color palette, the audio on some games and the "Mode 7" capability. I know these were all selling points that people talk about but I actually noticed them more than I expected I would. I thought "hey, sound quality is excellent", "that looks really tight", "that's a cool effect". Fzero, which as many may know, uses the mode 7 graphics and is really impressively colorful and fast, an experience that nintendoes and I think Sega"don't". Again, I tend to be a Sega guy but I can't deny that the SNES is pretty sweet too. Anyway, super happy with it and wish I hadn't waited so long to take the plunge.

Like other reviews, this thing is great!
I have tried a million different ways to clean a chain and this has beaten all of them by a mile. Get some basic degreaser at your local store, pour it in there, run you chain through for a few minutes and you might be amazed at how clean your chain becomes. Before, I would clean the chain with a rag or degreaser and it would always seem like it got black and greasy after a couple days or less. I have ridden my current bike a few hundred miles after cleaning it with the CM-5.2 and it still looks great. Seriously, if you ride or work on bikes much, get one!

Compatible with BSD and fits
I bought this to fit in a small form factor PC that runs Free BSD. Nice to have the faceplate for either normal height or half height. Works as I would hope and expect and negotiates to 1gbps.
