Silicone Baking Mat Large Double Sided Macaron Macaroon Dessert Mold Sheet DIY

Not great for macarons
The idea is really nice, but it just doesn't work too well. The bottoms of the macarons stick to the silicone and take longer to cook properly. This is still the case when using a silicone mold release spray - I tried both and also cooking the macarons for longer. Overall, it's much faster and easier to use parchment paper.

Really great item! It's a lightweight form, which I expected for the price, but it is definitely sturdy enough to work well with. The light is muted, so you can work without it being too harsh on eyes. Very nice looking - makes a great lamp/statement piece when not in use! Very happy :)
