Cold and quick
2 of 2 found this helpful Squeeze the bag (side to side not front to back) and it’s a cold pack approx 1-2* within seconds! Great for first aid purposes but I’m personally using them for my son to cool down, he has autism and struggles with summer temperatures. Easy to pop in my bag and have something instantly cold for him when he needs it.

Fun Fiddle
1 of 1 found this helpful I keep a bag of fiddle toys with me as both of my children have Autism. Fiddles are great to take their mind off something few a few minutes. This Mandala fiddle has been a great little edition. Around 10 different shapes to make, great for larger hands. Wouldn’t recommend for the very heavy handed but great overall.
