  Had numerous conversations with the seller as the item arrived broken due to poor packaging. Said he would look into it with Royal Mail and then come back to me. Then tried to make me wait to the end of February before he would do anything. Had to open a dispute with ebay to get a refund. Really disappointed and won’t use again.
