Very easy company to deal with, good support and great prices. I will use them again for all future tap spares.
This is a great company to deal with. The price of these ceramic cartridges is very competitive (three for what looks likely to be less that the price of one original Franke part) and there is great supporting information on their website about how to fit them. The parts look and feel well made. The original cartridges lasted 10 years, but I can't say yet how long the new cartridges will last. Hard water seems to kill them quicker than I would like, but even if they only manage 5 or 6 years, it will probably be enough to take the tap to end of life territory.
