  The goods were advertised as new. To me, that is unused and, unless stated otherwise, complete. This was not the case. By the seller's own admission, the unit has been installed but said not to have been used. Feels like a tall story to me. Cables that would have been supplied with a new unit were not provided. There was no original box or manual, either. The seller was aggressive when it took me a while to return the unit—I had a lot going on.
