  Product was not “new” as described and boosted about. Seal broken and other old part number (original part number, not new sub no. as expected) on product inside, which could of been a used part. Very deceiving seller! Apparently used new part box and put in other old part. Post only had picture of box. Dear seller, please be transparent with Ebay’s definition of item condition(s). Paid top dollar too. Wish I just got a used part from someone else much cheaper.

  Absolute lie!!! I've had six control boards, brand new in sealed boxes, received directly from manufacturer. I've sold 3 of them and personally installed 2. None of the buyers complained. The other 2 that I installed were brand new too. Before shipping, I opened the box to make sure part is new, took pictures and also sent them to buyer. Buyer NEVER responded, nor sent me any messages about "issues". Looks like he wanted a free part... I go above and beyond to resolve any issues with my items.
