Bosch are OK
I trust Bosch and have a number of their 12V tools. Disappointed that the inlay needed to be modified to fit the box!

Not enough bubble-wrap.
The product is fine, but the packaging could be better - see correspondence.

Not of practical use for a lawn mower - except for a small patch of grass!
It was purchased for a lawn mower, and although it performed according to the data in the manual (i.e. to cut ca. 250 m2), it actually lasted about 15 - 20 minutes. It had taken over 8 hours to charge (fast charge!), so it seems to be of little use for a mower.
