Does the job at a reasonable price.
Does the job! Not the most robust construction, but perfectly reasonable for the price. Well packed and delivery as promised.

Robust, well constructed, let down by the app.
This is a well-engineered product, robustly made, and seems to work reliably. Let down only by rather poor app support. Installation is, as others have said, somewhat fiddly, but following the instructions and online video carefully avoids most problems. It has now been installed for a few months and has performed well, apart from a problem where the lock kept 'singing' to us during heavy rain! This was put down to over-sensitivity of the Bluetooth sensor on the outside of the door reacting to the raindrops and was (we think!) corrected by a firmware update issued by Yale - but we had to request that. The mobile phone method of opening the door is too fiddly to bother with, the tags being much easier, but it is disappointing that the history relates only to the mobile phone, and not to the tags.
