    This seller is a thief, I ordered 3 lotions and firstly it was delayed, this seller blamed it on the courier, then I was asked to pay extra £4.90 for delivery that the seller did not pay the full delivery, I reached out to the seller and he/she advised I have to pay, I paid , I still didn’t get my order, then I reached out to this seller and they said it’s been delivered, I explained I haven’t received and asked them to please contact the courier but they have not been helpful .

    1. I sent it royal mail 24hr tracked. I paid for 24hr tracked. It's NOT MY FAULT they were late with the delivery. I chased them up but they weren't very helpful. 2. I kept you up to date by using the Tracking Number i had already provided to you so you could track the parcel. 3. It's not up to me to come to your house to look and see if it's been left nearby. 4. I have sent you PROOF OF DELIVERY by way of photos. 5. If its not been delivered then speak to your local delivery office!

Works OK sometimes doesn't do what you ask, ask to turn on light it says it's turning off light! Google just need to get it to work properly but it's OK.
