  Unfortunately, my item was broken on arrival but I wanted to leave good feedback as the seller kindly responded immediately to my message and I have now been refunded. It's a shame but I would buy from the seller again because they had no control over how well a package is treated after its posted and because of their quick response advising me what to do. Not every seller is as helpful.

  Bad communication. I reached out as the plaque I received was missing a letter. No attempt to rectify the problem just told me it was new. I wasn't saying it wasn't new I was pointing out I have received it with a letter missing. For this reason I would not use this seller in the future.
