    After sale, eBay had to “nudge” seller to mark item as dispatched. After 2 weeks of not receiving the item, I contacted the seller - the seller did not reply. EBay contacted seller to issue a refund, and seller only partially issued the refund - eBay had to intervene again to initiate the full refund. I don’t like giving negative feedback, but this was not a good transaction from start to finish.
