1 of 1 found this helpful I purchase a refurbished unit. It was very easy to set up, however using it is a different story. It is very confusing at first, so if you buy a unit like this one, then you must meet it with patience when it arrives. I have dubbed three home movies from vhs tapes to DVD disk, and each time I have a hard time getting it to go into dubbing mode. It may be me, but not sure. One thing you must insist on, is making sure it comes with a manual. With out it, I would still be trying to figure it out.
I have noticed that the VHS tape imput track is not as smooth as it should be. It acts as if it wants to hang and you have to wiggle it somewhat before finding the correct slide in track, but it always goes in.
This is a nice looking unit, and as I mentioned above it was a refurbished unit that came it with a couple of nicks in the front, but nothing major. I can touch it up with some silver paint. All in all, everything seems to work ok, and even the clock was correct. There is a lot of bells and wistles that I may never use, but it is good to know they are they if I need them. Did I say that this is a great looking unit? It is, maybe the best looking unit out there for the money..
I suggest buying an extended warranty for protection. You may never need it but the warranty is very affordable and won't break the bank.

Stunning awesome coin
Very large coin. I purchased one unaware how large it was until it delivered and I unwrapped the package.
This coin is awesome and very special. A stunning brilliant strike and a must have for any collection.

Great product in small package
1 of 2 found this helpful I tried one of the hand held small microscopes but it was useless and I couldn’t take a picture with it and wasted $35. It was so small I had trouble holding it and when I could I couldn’t hardly find certain areas on the coins.
With the pluggable the scope size isn’t an issue at all as it can view the whole coin with being able to view it on your computer screen or any note book that has a USB port. It has really great magnification and clarity. I was really impressed and it takes a lot to impress me
