Received DOA.
No support from manufacture. Unit did not power on when received.

Defective design problem.
Both original received phone and the replacement have the same issue. The "9" key sticks when pressed on line 2. This model 993 has a serious design defect. Not sure what is going on. Spent hours trying to figure out why both phones are defective.
