I wated my money.
There are no pros to this item, It fails to switch off properly until partially unscrewed, then after a while it falls apart. If kept screwed tight, then light on permanently.

Win7 old but reliable
The windows 7 is old now by comparison to '10' but at least it 'looks back' to be able to use older software, a great saving on updating everything just to keep it running!
