  Don’t buy from this seller, false advertising and packaging of items. I purchased the fish tank base, when it arrived it shows the fish tank base on the box but when opened it was the white base that I didn’t order. When I messaged the seller they said it’s my fault and that they don’t have any fish tank bases left and will not offer a refund. Very poor customer service. Please beware when purchasing from this seller and don’t get your pants pulled down like I did.

  I was surprised when my Hydroponics garden turned up in the condition it was in. It looked like it had been stored in a damp environment and had severe water damage to the box and this had corroded the brass connections that should have been bright and shiny. The box had lots of black mould and the cardboard was flaky and dusty. No response from the seller. This was to be a gift and was listed as new. 2 messages sent and returned through Ebay and still no response since my refund. Terrible.
