Nice clock but sings loud when lights are off.
When it was started up and the singing of the birds started on the hour that was what I wanted. It is still singing too loud when the lights are off though.

Didn't know what to expect
My husband installed this product rather quickly and so far so good. Glad we purchased it.

Bad deal, should have known better
It was new in box but is defective. Would not accept paper at first. Then it will not align ink cartridges. Use a lot of ink because of it. It was non returnable and I have learned my lesson the expensive way.
