Tried and true
2 of 2 found this helpful Have used for years. It provides body to hair, is not greasy or iirriting. I have short hair, so a bottle lasts a decent length of time. I don't blow dry either, just apply well into hair and style.

Most effective for my knee discomfort
After using several other brands, I found this one to be the most effective, at least so far, and I have been using it for several months

Help for arthritis in the knees
The ingredients in this product do help my knee discomfort. I have had no side effects, and have used it for about a year consistently. I wish that the dose could be contained in one capsule instead of three, the only negative.
