  Seller went absolutely above and beyond and I would happily buy from them again. Due to an issue with the courier, the item was lost in transit and could not be recovered. The seller did everything in their power to try and get the item to me, kept me up to date with every new development, and offered to refund me multiple times along the way in case I wasn't happy to wait. When it became obvious that the item was totally lost, the seller quickly and without prompting issued me a refund.
