Mine used and must be defective
Hooked it up exactly as my old one, which does everything except turn TV on and adjust volume with remote. No problem with operating DVR, tuner and cd carousel. Used one I have will not react to universal remote and though LED shows changes to various components, it does not put any sound through surround speakers. Am still being scheduled by surround sound technicians but canceled each time because I live in a remote area. Still trying through Home Advisor to find help.
