Good starting point
10 of 10 found this helpful This is a good value and starting point for someone who wants to get into airbrushing. The airbrushes are of decent quality and seem to work pretty well. I haven't tried the plastic siphon fed one yet though. The compressor isn't very loud and is very portable, but be aware it will run continuously while you are brushing. (It is a tankless compressor) The directions indicated that it should pressurize up to 100psi, but I found that I couldn't get it above 60, with about 30 of usable pressure to spray with. For my use right now (priming miniatures) the brushes spray well at about 10psi. Final piece of advice is this: If you are serious about becoming an airbrush artist, or doing very detailed work I would suggest a compressor with a tank and spend a higher amount getting a quality airbrush like Iwata or similar because you will certainly replace this kit sooner rather than later. BUT if you just doing some basic stuff or want to play around for a while to see if you even like using an airbrush, this is a good solid and affordable package. I'm happy with the purchase.
