Great value for a sturdy bike trainer
2 of 2 found this helpful This bike trainer is was fairly easy to assemble. It only takes a few steps and the manual, though not super detailed, is more than enough to put this equipment together. It is lightweight, portable, and feels very durable. Overall, a great value and I highly recommend it.
Some tips:
- I felt the dial does not vary much the resistance. But that's no problem if your bike has a good range of gears. Just shift gears and use the dial to fine tune to your desired effort level.
- I recommend getting a couple of zip tie wraps to attach the dial wires to your bike and avoid any chance of getting it entangled when you pedal.
- As the manufactures says, mountain tires will generate significant vibration and noise. But it's quite tolerable if you place the trainer on top of a rubber mat or any surface that can absorb vibration, even on wood floor. It's definitely quieter if you have road tires.

Good screen replacement
A great value to recover your phone yourself. It's not hard to replace your cracked screen, but it takes a couple steps and some special care. Make sure to check videos on YT on how to do it.
The screen is a little darker than the original but has the same resolution and touch sensitivity. I recommend using a screen shield as well. Overall, I am pretty happy with this replacement.
