  Royal Mail's dispatch time was terribly delayed (their fault) and we thought package was lost. Andrew was very patient and understanding of my frustration and gave me a full refund. Then item turned up weeks later and he was trustworthy to wait almost another week for me to pay him back. That is the behavior and attitude of a professional ebayer and nice guy.
