    SCAM. i received faulty laptop as seen in the photo, emailed seller, he replayed send it back for a repair. The laptop also came with screws missing which means the laptop been tempered with. I didn't accept the repair and sent the laptop back the next day. 3 days latter i was shocked with the seller outcome, he deducted £65 from my money, said i installed software that i never heard of damaged the windows. i had front door camera VID & photos taken 2 min from receiving it. eBay stepped in

After thoroughly inspecting your laptop, we found that your son had installed third-party software that caused system failure, leading to a blue screen error. To fix the issue, we had to replace the SSD and reinstall the operating system. These repairs typically cost more than £65. We have records and evidence we are happy to share the service logs and history for transparency.

    my son haven't even seen the laptop, he was at school when i received it midday. i had the laptop in my hands for 10 min and packed it again to send back. I only pressed the on button twice and it didn't boot. WHAT A PROFESSIONAL!
