It just doesn't work - the valve is a problem
0 of 1 found this helpful I always use this type of coffee maker, but the valve on this one does not seem to work. I discarded the box, otherwise I would have returned it. I bought it to replace an older one which is a bit worn inside, but I am now using this one again, sometimes with the top part of the new one. This new one has a pin in the valve (the older one doesn't). I have followed instructions to push it in etc, but everytime I use it, I am disappointed as the water doesn't rise to make the coffee. At almost £50 is is an expensive waste of money.
