Quality, smooth running HO scale train models..
Excellent quality, strong pulling mechanism. DCC decoders can be installed in both Kato, Japan & Chinese mechanisms. The Body shells are very good plastic moldings. Detail kits are available to add handrails & grabirons. Roof fans are molded in but still look decent. The paint is good but not as bright as newer manufactured products. Overall, I give the power chassis an A grade for build quality and traction pulling power. The body shells & paint get a B+. Stewart engines were excellent for their time of manufacture and are excellent value on eBay market place.
