The bin that holds vacuumed waste doesn't open very well when you press the button to empty it. Other than that it is a good product.

Flimsy
The idea of this is sound. But the reality is flawed as the plastic base is too flimsy. This will be at your back or front door and as it's quite big you need to step on it when entering or leaving. It's not strong enough for that. Kept walking in to it too when trying to put puppy outside in the dark.
