This is excellent quality inulin at a brilliant price
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been using inulin together with probiotics to reverse borderline type 2 diabetes, it has enabled me to correct a stomach flora imbalance due to antibiotic use and lose 3 kg of weight in a month just by adding 1 tea spoon to every drink and taking pro biotics once a day. inulin is a soluble fibre which has several benefits, it slows down the rate that carbs and fats are absorbed if taken with or just after a meal, can create a sense of fullness thereby reducing the amount of food you consume and when taken with pro biotics will increase the amount of beneficial bacteria in the gut which can correct quite a few health problems
