Great idea

The fact that only the probe is exposed to the heat is genius. The remot works a fair distance from the grill . The only thing I had a prob with is the temps recommended for the doneness don't mesh with the temps that I like. For example. Med rare for lamb is 140 on this. To me it's closer to 130. Other than that it's great
