Very very good
I didn't quit after finishing the book, but I do now want to quit more than ever. What the book has done is to get me thinking before every cigarette I light. I can now see myself giving up soon, probably within a month. I can now do 2-3 days a week without smoking.
I cannot recommend this book enough.

It is just what it says it is
It's a good quality EZ bar, well made. The plate stops are solid, unlike other bars I have tried, where they snap if you put a plate on too fast.
The spinlocks are good too, just as well made, completely solid and secure.
It's the best priced quality bar I've found yet, and the delivery was fast!

Steer clear of this
This is absolute rubbish. After 6 days the padlock is unusable as I can’t get the key in it. It’s a complete waste of money. Don’t buy it.
