  Item really well packed and received in perfect conditions. Also, it was delivered with some days in advance and the seller responds fast to questions. Would recommend to everyone. Only 4 stars in spedition fees for high import/export taxation, since I'm in Italy and the UK is not part of Europe anymore, but is not the seller's fault, obviously.

  If, like me, you brought one of those excellent American kitchen faucets back to use here in the UK and then ran into trouble finding the right converter, this guy has the remedy. I tried calling B.E.S. (plumbing supply experts?) three times and three times they sent me the wrong thing (at vastly expensive shipping charges).
