you get what you pay for
If you have well turned soil, well managed, tilled, then this product would probably work well. If on the other hand, you have soil like mine, which is compact and dry, then it will buckle and the handle will come apart. Only managed to plant four bulbs before I resorted to a trowel.

good value
1 of 1 found this helpful Never owned a shredder before, so I cannot compare it to other models. However, after two uses, four hours constantly in use, it performed very well and dealt with everything. Not as noisy as I had imagined. Quite portable, if I had one request, it would be that the top half could separate easier without the hassle of undoing the four screws, thus making it ultra portable.
