I am very happy with this item! I take every morning before the first meal one tablespoon of Biona to provide me with omega 3 for skin elasticity ( after 50 y.o. the skin loses collagen) Also relieves constipation! I choose 250 ml bottle because once opened it should stay in the fridge for 6 weeks
