Shoulder protection
Bought this to use at the gym class and it does exactly what I needed it to. I have very boney shoulders and back of neck so squats with a barbell were extra hard but this certainly takes the pain away.

Not what I expected
Takes a while to heat up and although a good sole plate the steam function doesn't live up to its promise.

Only issue is that I would prefer the hinges to be fully plastic coated rather than chrome which is affected by urine splashes
