A helpful, well illustrated guide to regaining confidence in moving with a pain free back.
ESTHER GOKHALE has produced an alternative to the allopathic, surgical, and standard physio therapy models for dealing with back pain and posture, delivering practical, researched and substantiated explanations , methods and practices. I am a person who experiences, myalgic encephalopathy,/chronic fatigue syndrome,/ fibro myalgia ME/CFS/FMS all my systems are sensitive, I can incrementally apply the Gokhale Method at my own pace , within my own tolerances. I have been applying it since experiencing a frightening inability to move, sit or lie comfortably in early 2017 due to a therapy which over stretched my sensitive nervous system.
I thank Esther for sharing the knowledge she has gained.
