Fantastic book!
Very informative book with beautiful artwork throughout. Jackie explains the use of complimentary colours, light and shade and how to create depth in a really easy to read style.

Trying to become more active!
2 of 2 found this helpful For me it's about being more active. With it being dark before I go to work and when I come home it's perfect. I am using it to increase my fitness level as a walker and runner. I am completely useless at running at the moment and this is what I'm hoping to improve. I've only had it for two weeks and I'm trying out the couch to 5k app with it. Once my stamina and confidence improves I'll have a go outside! For me it's perfect. It suits my purpose. If you're already a good runner then maybe you'd want something that allows you to go faster.
