  I cannot leave negative feedback because straps are as described and despite good delivery it has taken me about 45 minutes to untangle the straps they where as my mother would have described a “ rats nest “ they where really tangled and not packed individually

  These pillows are not nhs. Falsely advertised. Had to puncture holes into both for some comfort after severe accident. Tried messaging seller. Rightly so, they asked to return for refund. Unfortunately I'm not in the position to. No reply back. If you are expecting NHS hospital pillows, this seller does not provide them. Please don't waste your money. Don't be fooled please
