Great product for tree grafting!
These clear plastic bags are perfect for grafting Japanese maples for which I use them.

Covers too large a range!
If I didn't have other Tamron lenses to compare it to, I might have rated it higher. The overall quality is good, but a constant F2.8 at a lower range of mm's produces much sharper images. I personally don't think for the 28-300mm latitude is an acceptable trade-off, so I would not recommend this lens. Pay the extra money, it's definitely worth it!
