Very effective for flea dermatitis
Switched to Comfortis for the cats this year, best thing we did. One of our fellows is quite sensitive and gets flea dermatitis very easily and we saw a massive improvement in his skin, no scratching, no smell and a much happier cat. It was a gradual change over a month but so nice to see a full coat of fur instead of bare back legs and tummy. Also seems to work for longer keeping fleas at bay than other products we have used.
