OEM or bust!
3 of 3 found this helpful These may be the most important parts in your car to spend the extra dollar and get OEM quality or better parts. I put these in at around 110k-112k miles (purchased with 109k because I could hear the pulley bearings. To my surprise the parts I removed were not the original equipment. Someone had replaced them with the cheaper Chinese pulleys. I believe the manual recommend replacing the timing belt and pulleys (torque pulleys to 28ftlbs) every 105k miles. Chances are the belt and pulleys that I replaced were only on the vehicle for 10,000 miles or less. When I put the new belt and pulleys in there was a night and day difference in performance. My gas mileage improved and it sounded way better even. Rather than wasting a pile of money trying to add horsepower parts to your car you can give it a tune-up and restore its original lost performance.

They are worth the buy. I specifically searched for the Mr Shield brand because they are good screen cover and the warranty is good and easy to do.
