The title says it all It did create a lot of paper
Very informative,,had no idea what happens when at times a can of worms is opened. A farmer asked a question that should have had an easy ans.But ended up involing the gov"t and a lot of lawyers etc.. I am very glad that I bought the book and it was very informative,It begs the question how much more of this is going on
