Horrible Experience.

I would strongly consider other products prior to this one. I purchased the Eufy HomeBase2 and the EufyCam 2 to monitor my front door. Everything worked fine for a month and then all of a sudden it stopped storing video to the cloud. Eufy's support is by far the worst I've ever encountered and I have been troubleshooting with no solution for weeks. The Eufy team takes over 24 hours to respond and it is clear they do not read my responses and only respond with a canned response. It took so long to troubleshoot the issue that I am now outside the warranty period and they wont accept my return. Huge waste of money.
